Dr. Jeff Hood grew up in Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. As Team Solomon's optometrist, he specializes in co-management of cataract and LASIK patients.

Dr. Helga Sandoval, manager of Carolina Eyecare Physician's research department, moved to the United States from Colombia, South America in 2000 after completing an Ophthalmology residency. She received a Master of Science in Clinical Research from the University of South Carolina and has worked with Dr. Solomon since 2001.

Keri Bogan, is Dr. Solomon's Physician Manager. Born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, Keri is a graduate of Wofford College. She received a Masters degree in Healthcare Adminstration from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Kim Camus is a native of Charleston who attended Coastal Carolina. She has worked in Ophthalmology since 1998 and has been a member of Team Solomon since 2004.

Jessica Costas was transplanted from Florence, SC to Charleston in 2006.

Sarah Gillespie came to Charleston from Grand Rapids, MI in 2008. She has more than 10 years of experience in making and selling eyeglasses and assisting in patient care.

Clarissa Harps joined Team Solomon in 2006. She was born and raised in Charleston.

Kasey McArdle comes from a military family and has lived in the Charleston area for 6 years. She graduated from the Ophthalmic Clinical Assisting program at Trident Tech.

Katie Moser of Aiken, SC, has a Bachelors degree in Art Studio. Her medical illustrations have been published in a number of Ophthalmology textbooks.

Lori Rodeffer, also a Charleston native, graduated from Bauder College in Atlanta, GA. She has more than a decade of experience in customer service.

Rebecca Smolinski, born in Columbia, SC, has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and customer service.

Angi Young was raised in South Carolina. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Business Management. She had more than 15 years experience in hospitality before joining Team Solomon.
