- Thanks to the laser, cataract surgery can now be bladeless. The femtosecond laser technology that revolutionized LASIK vision correction is now revolutionizing cataract surgery, improving precision, safety and comfort.
- This laser gives Dr. Solomon the ability to perform two surgical procedures during the same session…first, removing the cataract and then correcting astigmatism. This is why it is described as “refractive” (which means that it corrects vision).
