As one of the top LASIK surgeons in the country, Dr. Solomon frequently sees patients who have traveled long distances to visit him in Charleston, SC. It’s no surprise that the summer months are a popular time for travel, including travel for vision correction. In fact, in the span of just two weeks this summer, Dr. Solomon performed LASIK on four patients from out of state.
Each of these patients has a unique story of how they made the choice to travel for LASIK with Dr. Solomon. Linda and Aimee, a mother and daughter from Kansas, were referred by Aimee’s sister, who lives in Charleston and recently had her own procedure with Dr. Solomon. And Sarah, a Charleston native now living in Chicago, traveled back to the Lowcountry to celebrate her Master’s Degree in School Counseling.
